Natasha is a registered dietitian based at the Sports Science Institute of South Africa (SSISA). She holds a PhD in Physiology from Stellenbosch University (2017) and a BMedSciHons in Dietetics from the University of Cape Town (2019). As a sports enthusiast, Natasha is passionate about optimizing the performance, health, recovery, and overall well-being of individuals through personalized nutrition strategies. Her expertise covers a wide range of exercise fields, including Crossfit, Hyrox, cycling, running, and triathlons. In addition, she specializes in counselling individuals with conditions such as Diabetes, hypertension, and hypercholesterolemia, helping them manage their health through dietary interventions.
